The Star Tribune “Top 150 Workplaces” recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.
This year, Parallel Technologies earned the ranking of 15th in the small-size business category. In the previous years, the company was ranked 15th in 2017 and 22nd in 2016.
“Hat-tricks are always a reason to celebrate but for our company to receive this award three years in a row is an amazing accomplishment,” said Dale Klein, CEO, Parallel Technologies. “Over the past three years, Parallel has grown and successfully expanded our footprint. The only way we could have done that is because of our employees and the culture we have created. Having engaged, fulfilled and challenged employees is core to our success.”
To qualify for the Star Tribune “Top Workplaces,” a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. More than 2,400 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses. The analysis included responses from more than 71,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. The rankings are based on

survey information collected by Energage, formerly WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
