Brief Description: 

Parallel Technologies is currently searching for a dynamic Account Executive to manage and grow our building automation sales group. The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to achieve booking and gross margin goals by developing and implement plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities for assigned customers or territory. Team sells with other Salespeople as appropriate. Effectively handle the most sophisticated deals independently within our established guidelines.

Building Automation Programming Engineer – Omaha, Nebraska

Office Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Brief Description:
This is a full-time office/field based position. Using company software tools and procedures, the candidate will be expected to program controllers, integrate to third party systems, create graphics, and execute functional performance testing for commissioning agents on our Building Automation Systems (BAS) to meet contractual requirements and project goals.
 
Reports To:
Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Programs and commissions Local DDC I/O and network controllers and the BAS front end computers per sequences of operation and contract documents
  • Integrates to 3rd party systems/equipment such as BACnet, LON, and Modbus on Chillers, Boilers, VFD’s, Generators, Rooftop Units (RTU’s), etc.

This is a full-time office based position. Using company software tools and procedures, the candidate will be expected to design HVAC building automation systems and energy conservation measures using company tools and operating protocols to meet contractual requirements and project goals.
