Welcome to Parallel Jeremy Reiter!

Jeremy Reiter has been brought on as the new Account Manager for the Building Automation department in Omaha. He has over 20 years of industry experience in building automation as well as his Nebraska Journeyman’s electrical license. Jeremy started his career in the field as an installation electrician and later began running installation crews and managing projects.  From there he moved into account management with a focus on the new construction marketplace. Parallel Partners with Women’s Advocates

This winter, Parallel’s Building Infrastructure (BI) department adopted two families through Women’s Advocates, a local domestic abuse shelter in St. Paul. They shopped for and wrapped gifts for 11 children and two mothers. With donations from employees and Parallel’s match, the BI department donated about $950 worth of gifts!

Parallel Holiday Party 2018

This year Parallel celebrated the holidays together at Top Golf, which recently arrived to the Twin Cities. This unique event, hosted by the Culture Committee, gave employees a chance to try their hand at a driving range. The object of the game was to hit your ball out onto various targets on the green (each worth a different amount of points). Chris Reyes Earns Master Electrician

Chris Reyes, Electrical Engineer at Parallel Technologies has recently earned the title of Certified Master Electrician. After studying and passing the Master Electrician’s Class A certification test, he was awarded with the title on November 27th, 2018. Ugly Holiday Sweater Competition 2018

This year in keeping with Parallel tradition, the Culture Committee hosted an Ugly Holiday Sweater Competition with the trophy being bestowed upon Norm Spear, Director of Building Infrastructure. The competition was quite heated and many spectacularly ugly ensembles graced the floor this year, but the deciding factor was some humble detailing on the back of Norm’s sweater.
